Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Electrical Engineer to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure in data center facilities.

You will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior engineers in implementing innovative electrical strategies. The role offers a remote working arrangement with a monthly stipend for remote expenses, a base salary range, annual bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package

Your role at a glance

As a Mid-level Electrical Engineer at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, you will take on a more prominent role in the Technical Operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of our electrical infrastructure in data center facilities. Building on your experience, you will lead electrical engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical upgrades and modifications. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations. In this mid-level position, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level electrical engineers and contribute to the implementation of innovative electrical strategies.

What we are looking for

Compensation Pay Range

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is: 94,700 - 150,000. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
