Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport is seeking a dependable Bistro Server/Cook to provide exceptional guest service during our breakfast operation. This hands-on role covers cooking, serving, cleaning, and ownership of the Bistro experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking breakfast items to brand standards, taking orders, operating POS, maintaining Bistro and kitchen cleanliness, stocking supplies, and adhering to food safety procedures. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Reliable attendance and weekend availability required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
