Accenture Federal Services is seeking a dedicated UX/UI Designer to help deliver accessible, user-centered experiences for government technology programs in Virginia. You will translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, and collaborate with product, development, and policy stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of UX design experience, strong UI skills, and a solid grasp of 508 accessibility and WCAG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong UI design skills and visual layout knowledge.
• Solid understanding of 508 accessibility and web standards.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and ability to obtain secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design and enhance user interfaces delivering intuitive experiences.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows based on requirements and accessibility needs.
• Ensure 508 compliance and accessibility best practices across deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders through the full design lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterations.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and UX specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
