Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Albuquerque Center.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to those who are registered RBTs with BACB. Benefits include health coverage, PTO that grows with tenure, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for treatment plans, documentation, and caregiver communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families.

Requirements
