Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in San Antonio is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 ABA therapy, working with children with autism at our San Antonio Center location. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and track progress while supporting families.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, full-time hours, health benefits, and PTO that grows with tenure. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and document clearly.

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)
