RBT Sign-on Bonus

Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at our San Antonio site.

You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, track progress, and support families in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Compensation is hourly with a sign-on bonus for qualified RBTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)
