Job summary

Jobot seeks an NC Programmer with a 5-axis focus to support aerospace machining in Stockton, California. This onsite role involves creating NC programs from engineering data and overseeing tool lists and setup sheets.

You'll work with CAM software such as Mastercam and Vericut, apply GD&T, and collaborate with CNC operators to ensure flight hardware meets strict specifications. Associate through senior levels considered.

Qualifications

• NC programming experience with a 5-axis focus.
• Strong knowledge of Mastercam and Vericut.
• Proficiency in ANSI Y14.5 GD&T.
• Proficiency in at least one CAD system: SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or NX.
• Associate through senior programmer levels considered.

Responsibilities

• Program and support the machining of flight and tooling components for aerospace structures, using CAM software.
• Create NC machining programs to manufacture flight and tooling parts.
• Maintain NC program revision status and archive files per procedures.
• Generate tool lists and setup sheets for NC programs.
• Analyze data to determine product feasibility.
• Follow engineering data control procedures.
