Job summary

Smith Brothers Tool Company in Utica, MI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and run 3- or 5-axis milling operations. You will read blueprints, measure parts in-process, and adjust programs at the controller to meet tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC milling experience, strong shop math, and familiarity with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens or Haas controls. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of CNC milling or 3-axis/5-axis machining experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances.
  • Strong shop math skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas or similar CNC controls.
  • CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code).
