Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Connecticut. The role focuses on writing programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, with MasterCam, GD&T, and precise fixturing.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth workflow in a high-mix, low-volume environment. On-site position with a competitive hourly wage of $30–$40, plus benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience writing programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills with MasterCam.
• Ability to read engineering prints and GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and routers.
• Proficiency with basic hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills using MasterCam.
• Read blueprints and GD&T; develop fixtures and jaws.
• Select speeds, feeds, tooling for materials.
• Read G-code and coordinate workflow with department lead.
• Coordinate multiple projects in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
