Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an Experienced CNC 5-Axis Programmer with 5+ years of hands-on experience. You will write programs for our CNC department, read engineering prints with GD&T, and coordinate projects in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Proficiency in MasterCam and Siemens controls is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills with MasterCam.
• Read engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Develop and program work-holding fixtures and jaws.
• Select speeds, feeds, and tooling for various materials.
• Read and interpret G-code.
• Coordinate production schedules with the department lead.
• Coordinate multiple projects to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work with high-mix, low-volume production/prototyping parts.
• Experience with Siemens Control and CamPlete software preferred.
• Fulfill Quality System requirements; work as a team.
