Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and machining with focus on 5-axis milling.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and reading engineering drawings.
• Experience with fixture design and tool selection for complex parts.
• Familiarity with Siemens NX CAD/CAM and MSP probing software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze parts and develop machining strategies, tooling approaches, and work-holding concepts.
• Develop and verify 3+2 and 5-axis milling programs using Siemens NX CAM.
• Produce probing programs for on-machine verification.
• Program trunnion and gantry-style CNC machines, including 5-axis operations.
• Create setup sheets, operator instructions, and tool lists for production handoffs.
• Interpret drawings and apply GD&T to programming, machining, and inspection.
• Support additive manufacturing projects with advanced machining.
