Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set-up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
• Contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.

Skills

CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3

Setup and operate 5-Axis CNC machines

Blueprint and GD&T understanding

Proficiency with measuring equipment

Knowledge of G and M codes

Ability to perform program edits
