USA.Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, Virginia, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist. The role involves working with complex components and requires previous experience with Kiwa and Okuma machines, along with the ability to operate various types of CNC machines.

Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of blueprints and GD&T, and be comfortable with measuring equipment and G/M codes. This position offers a pay range of $29-$35 per hour plus a bonus plan, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3.
• Experience with Kiwa and Okuma machines.
• Ability to set up and operate Horizontal, Vertical, 5-Axis CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multi-machine operation.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Skills

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3
• Experience with Kiwa and Okuma machines, including Fanuc and Okuma controls
• Ability to set up and operate Horizontal, Vertical, and 5‑Axis CNC machines
• Contribute to multi‑machine operation
• Understand blueprints and GD & T
• Fluency in using measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and optical comparators
• Read and understand G and M codes
• Perform simple program edits as needed
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides
