You will read GD&T drawings, develop CNC programs with Mastercam or SolidWorks, perform maintenance, inspect parts with micrometers and CMMs, and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience, 2+ years in 5-axis.
• Proficient in programming and operating 5-axis machines (Haas, Mazak, DMG MORI).
• Strong CAD/CAM knowledge and precision measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
• Develop and edit CNC programs using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machinery.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to ensure quality.
• Optimize processes for efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Monitor tool wear and adjust machining parameters as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
