Qualifications

• Proficiency operating 5-axis machining centers.
• Strong programming skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and drawings.
• Proficient with micrometers and calipers for precision checks.
• Capable of machining parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate 5-axis machining centers.
• Review part specifications and requirements.
• Set up work pieces, create sequences and tool selections.
• Produce parts within tolerances and specs.
• Inspect and validate own work with precision measuring tools.
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments.
