Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans for 4th grade.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess student learning with varied methods and use data to inform instruction.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and support school improvement.
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and other student support processes.
