The ideal candidate will plan and deliver instruction across core subjects, align lessons with the curriculum, and maintain strong communication with families and school leadership. Background screening will be completed as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred but not required.
• Previous elementary teaching or classroom experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background screening.

• Maintain effective classroom management and encourage respectful behavior.
• Differentiate instruction to meet students’ various learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grade, and student records.
