Cleveland Arts & Social Sciences Academy (CASSA) is seeking a 4th/5th Grade Social Studies Teacher in Cleveland, Ohio. ACCEL Schools operates CASSA, a public charter school focused on arts and humanities, small-group learning, and technology integration.

The successful candidate will deliver differentiated instruction, maintain student progress records, and collaborate with families and colleagues to foster a positive, culturally responsive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a growth‑focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with ability to modify during the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
