The ideal candidate will hold an active Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area, a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, and demonstrate strong communication, classroom management, and urban-education experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with ability to modify during the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Utilize research-based practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Create a positive learning environment for students.
• Incorporate technology into daily classroom practice.
