Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to join our team and connect 3D models with construction schedules. You will work on multiple projects with an international delivery team, delivering 4D simulations and advancing 5D workflows.

The role involves hands-on production, ongoing tool improvement, and knowledge sharing to help planning and execution. A strong BI and data mindset will help advance workflows in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC experience including hands-on 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Experience with 4D scheduling using SYNCHRO or similar tools.
• Experience organizing model information through Revit parameters and element coding.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and collaborate across disciplines and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar tools.
• Prepare and structure model data, including Revit parameters and element coding for reliable schedule linking.
• Identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create clear simulations and visuals to support planning discussions and strategy communication.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change; manage multiple projects.
