Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. is seeking a dependable Floor Supervisor for a part-time, key holder role to help oversee daily store operations and support the team.

You will lead by example, drive a customer-first environment, train associates, and assist with sales, merchandising, and cash handling while maintaining loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• Great customer service and a positive attitude
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and working on your feet
