Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, safely handling, storing, and moving materials while ensuring accurate receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, load and unload, inspect shipments, pick and pack orders, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.
