Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, handling, storing, and moving materials safely while ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

You will operate forklifts, load and unload, inspect shipments, pick and pack orders, maintain clean storage, and assist with cycle counts and safety procedures. We value detail-oriented team players who can follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.
