Job summary

Freedom Financial Group in Central Florida seeks a dedicated retirement plan professional to guide businesses and their employees through 401(k) and other qualified plans. You’ll leverage established credit union relationships to generate warm introductions from day one.

You will design plans, meet business owners, educate participants, and ensure plan compliance, while collaborating with advisors and support staff to deliver tailored service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Series 7 required.
• Series 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience working with 401(k) plans, qualified retirement plans or corporate benefits.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex retirement concepts simply and clearly.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
• Access to a consistent flow of warm introductions through our established credit union partner network.
• Collaborative team with experienced support.

• Conduct educational presentations for credit union members and business clients on retirement plan options
