Job summary

Freedom Financial Group, LLC, in the Orlando area, is looking for a dedicated retirement plan professional to guide clients through 401(k) and other qualified plans for businesses. You will meet with owners to align financial goals with employee needs and educate plan participants on investment choices and retirement income strategies.

You will monitor plans for regulatory compliance and collaborate with advisors and staff to deliver personalized service, leveraging our credit union partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Series 7 required.
• Series 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience working with 401(k) plans, qualified retirement plans or corporate benefits.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex retirement concepts.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans for businesses in the Central Florida area
• Meet with business owners to understand their financial goals and employee needs
• Educate plan participants on their investment choices and retirement income strategies
• Monitor plans regularly to ensure they remain compliant with current rules and tax laws
• Collaborate closely with our financial advisors and support staff to deliver exceptional, personalized service
• Partner with credit union branch teams to identify business banking clients who may benefit from qualified plan solutions
• Conduct educational presentations for credit union members and business clients on retirement plan options
