Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in 2 of the areas: implementation, project management and/or client management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizations.
• Analytical, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of defined contribution plans and financial services industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to convert defined contribution plans to Fidelity or modify existing plans.
• Develop project timelines and ensure requirements are completed on time.
• Monitor and report on project status and risks.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.
