We are recruiting for an established TPA. This is a client-facing position that does not include non-discrimination testing or government forms preparation. Candidates should be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

About the employer:

What you will do:

• Work remotely
• Manage relationships with clients and service delivery for 120 – 160 clients
• Partner with internal teams like plan administration, compliance, and sales to deliver accurate information
• Partner with external partners like CPAs, financial advisors, and attorneys involved with the plans
• Communicate daily with clients, using knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations
• Send out annual valuation reports
• Deliver 5500 and 8955-SSA
• Ensure timely filing of 5500 extensions
• Send out year-end packages/census requests and follow up on receipt

Experience you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in plan administration at a TPA; prior administration experience is preferred for better relationship management
• Experience with several recordkeeping platforms
• QKA certification or desire to obtain it
