401(k) Account Manager — Client Service & Implementation

Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated 401(k) account manager to support Producers with sales support and service for assigned clients. You will handle data updates on an annual basis and oversee defined contribution plan procurement, placement, and implementation.

Your role includes maintaining client relationships, coordinating with vendors, preparing investment materials, and supporting audits and year-end data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of related work experience in 401(k) account management.
• Understanding of retirement plan types and ERISA guidelines and regulations.
• Experience with small to mid (less than 250) clients.
• Valid Series 65 license required.
• Securities license (SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ongoing client contact to assist with day-to-day service issues and vendor management.
• Automates data collection and analysis with vendors and Third Party Administrators.
• Schedules and attends client meetings for prospects and existing clients.
• Maintains client and due diligence files and records notes from meetings.
