Job summary

Middletown Public Schools Aquidneck Elementary School in Middletown, Rhode Island, is seeking a 4 Hour Teacher Assistant to support teachers and students. Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety and emergency procedures of the learning environment.

• Interact effectively with staff, parents, students and persons outside of the school system.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate skills in computer literacy.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected interruptions of the daily work pattern.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to team efforts and organizational efforts.
• Positive attitude.
• Successful interview.
