TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers in Kirkland to support aging adults in their homes. Short 4-hour morning/day shifts pay $26 per hour, with standard shifts at $22–24 per hour. Longer shifts may also be available.

• Active CNA or HCA license
• CPR certification required
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (implied)
• Basic computer skills for care coordination
• Driver with vehicle, insurance and registration required

Location: Kirkland and surrounding areas.

We are especially seeking caregivers who are available and willing to work short 4 hour morning/day shifts in Kirkland.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license
• CPR certification required
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration)
