Job summary

The York County 4-H Program Assistant supports the planning, implementation, and delivery of the York County 4-H youth development program. Working collaboratively with 4-H staff, volunteers, community partners, youth, and families, the Program Assistant helps provide positive, engaging, and educational experiences that support the mission and goals of 4-H.

This 20-hour per week, part-time role focuses on 4-H clubs, school enrichment, camps, events, and day-to-day administration, with duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree may substitute for required program experience.
• Relevant program experience preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/teach the content of the 4-H program to appropriate audiences in York County through club meetings, workshops, trainings, and camps.
• Oversee the coordination and logistics of the York County 4-H program.
