Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree and promotion to Extension Agent required no later than the sixth year.
• Ability to recruit, train and manage volunteers; lead groups and deliver educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers objective, research-based educational programs for diverse audiences.
• Recruits, trains and manages volunteers; builds community partnerships.
• Coordinates day-to-day 4-H program activities and events; travels to provide leadership.
• Demonstrates flexibility and a team-oriented mindset; works independently when needed.
