Fort McDowell Golf Club is seeking a Buffet Server to deliver exceptional guest service in The Buffet restaurant at We Ko Pa Casino Resort. This role includes taking drink orders, maintaining tables, and upselling menu items while adhering to a 4-diamond service level.

Responsibilities include supporting the casino outlets as needed, handling cash with accuracy, lifting up to 50 pounds, and completing required certifications. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• One year as a quick service or sit-down restaurant server.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• 4-diamond resort or casino experience preferred.
• Must memorize menu and upsell items.
• Must pass a math test to ensure accurate cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest service in the Buffet restaurant.
• Take drink orders and maintain tables efficiently.
• Follow the We-Ko-Pa Way service standards and training.
• Assist with operations for bingo snack bar and quick-serve restaurants as needed.
• Work with team to maintain cleanliness and health standards.
• Open/close duty shifts and manage stock for service stations.
