Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring a Yard Spotter in the Rialto/Fontana area on a four-day schedule. Earn up to $27 per hour with overtime; CDL and non-CDL positions available for experienced yard spotters. Work between Rialto and Fontana facilities with a home-daily schedule.

Shifts include PM and AM options, with overtime after 8 hours per day and a potential float rate when moving between yards. A strong safety record and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Previous yard experience is required.
• CDL preferred; non-CDL applicants accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver 53' dry van trailers within the facility.
• Operate yard tractors.
• Home daily.
• Cover both Rialto and Fontana yards as main domicile.
