Job summary

Concierge Home Care in West Hillsborough County, FL is hiring a Weekend Home Health RN. This modified full-time role offers a 4-day schedule (Wed–Sat), 1:1 patient care with autonomy, and earning potential of $80K–$95K+ annually.

You will perform in-home assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with physicians. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, PTO from day one, quarterly bonuses, mileage and data plan reimbursements, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and develop care plans.

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
