You will provide a mix of individual and group therapy for adults 18+, lead IOT groups, and collaborate with community resources in a supportive, recovery-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Indiana license or associate license preferred.
• Experience leading groups is a plus, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to adults 18+ with substance use challenges.
• Lead Intensive Outpatient (IOT) group therapy in a recovery-focused environment.
• Collaborate with community referral resources to support clients.
• Complete ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Document services provided on the same day.
• Participate in interdisciplinary Team Staffing with Psychiatrists/APRN's and HSPP.
• Engage in professional development and clinical trainings.
