The role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adults with substance use disorders and leading Intensive Outpatient group sessions within a collaborative behavioral health team. The position offers training, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth, with a 4-day work week in Putnam County and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Indiana license (associate or full) required or in process.
• Experience leading groups preferred; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to adults 18+ with substance use challenges.
• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient (IOT) group therapy.
• Collaborate with community referral resources.
• Complete ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Complete same-day documentation of services provided.
• Be part of a high-performance team focused on wellness and recovery.
• Participate in interdisciplinary staffing with psychiatrists/APRNs and HSPP.
• Engage in professional development and ongoing clinical trainings.
