Quanex Building Products Corp. in Greenville, PA is seeking Production Associates to join our 1st Shift team.

The 4‑day work week runs 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed; starting hourly rate is $17, with potential increases after 90 days based on attendance and performance. Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
• Receives direction from and notifies the supervisor/team lead when more work is needed.
• Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
