Job summary

Quanex in Foreston, Minnesota, is seeking a Production Associate to assemble components, feed sanders, and operate machines with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will lift up to 25 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S practices.

A $1,000 new hire bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany the role. Shifts run 3:30pm–2:00am, Monday–Thursday, with a base rate of $20.16/hour and potential overtime, offering strong earning

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
6+ months of production/assembly experience preferred.
Manual/finger dexterity required.

Responsibilities

Monitor product quality to meet standards.
Maintain a neat, orderly 5S work area.
Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
Observe machinery and report malfunctions.
Promote teamwork and assist co-workers.
Complete production documentation and reports.
Assemble components per customer specifications.
Perform repetitive tasks with concentration.
Display a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
