Oakhurst Dairy in Waterville, ME is hiring a driver for daily local deliveries on a 4-day schedule with early morning start times. Home daily, with an attractive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will operate a CDL B vehicle, handle route paperwork on handheld devices, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications include a valid CDL B and DOT medical card, knowledge of Hours-of-Service, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation not required; weekend time off is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain.
• Operational knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform safe pre/post trip inspections per DOT standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to interface positively with customers.
• Delivery-type job experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of cargo box.
• Able to operate handheld/mobile computers to transact sales & delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Daily local delivery routes departing and ending each day from the work location.
• 4-day work week with competitive salary reflecting work and shift.
• Shift times start early AM (2:00–5:00 AM) with weekend off.
• Maintain and upgrade fleet equipment and on-site maintenance staff.
• Coordinate driver schedules, route organization, and process improvements.
