Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking a motivated driver with a valid CDL B to join our local delivery team.

This role features a 4-day work week, early morning shifts starting between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and local routes departing from your work location. You will operate our own fleet, enjoy generous benefits such as medical and dental coverage, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after six months, plus a safety bonus and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely climb in/out of vehicle cargo box.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily local delivery routes from the work location.
• Work a 4-day schedule with early AM shifts (2:00–5:00 AM).
• Interface with customers and maintain professional appearance and service.
• Coordinate with local management for route planning and schedule adherence.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and comply with DOT regulations.
