TechDigital Group is seeking an R&D Lab Technician to support the Laboratory Systems program. You will work with R&D, Stability, and Quality to perform development activities and laboratory testing in a GLP-compliant environment, drafting protocols and reports, and tracking activities.
Responsibilities include planning and conducting tests for verification of medical devices, preparing data analyses, and maintaining lab documentation while ensuring GDP/GMP/QSR compliance.
This position is responsible for working with R&D, Stability, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to perform R&D development activities and laboratory testing to support the R&D Laboratory Systems program. The R&D Lab Technician is responsible for testing, analyzing data, drafting protocols/reports, and tracking work activities. These activities must comply with GLP, Client UCC quality system and government regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures or templates. Ability to write simple reports, and business correspondence.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Working knowledge of statistics is a plus.
This position requires good judgment. Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. All product and process development activities within a team are to be carried out according to the applicable laws and regulations. When in doubt, the incumbent should source out the appropriate information via internal and external resources.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. Some lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.
Exposure to warehouse, manufacturing environment (i.e., noise, minimal heat and some chemical fume exposure), laboratory, and office settings. Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment and measurement instruments.
