Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the most complicated construction and maintenance work on dead or energized transmission and distribution conductors and equipment.
• Know safety rules and be able to administer resuscitation and first aid.
• Maintain a valid Class A CDL.
• Read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints for transmission and distribution.
• Proficient with computers, tablets and related software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Direct work of assistants and train new employees when authorized.
• Supervise and authorize when needed.
• Identify and record changes to constructed jobs per company requirements.
