Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 3rd Shift Tufflex Tag Sewer to operate a sit-down industrial sewing machine, attaching product information tags to Tufflex slings used in construction, manufacturing and warehouse settings. You will follow production schedules, adjust equipment, and inspect outputs to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality.

This contract-to-hire role is onsite in Landisville, PA with weekly pay, and opportunities to build machine operation skills within a team-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Experience operating machinery preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic quality inspection experience.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• HS diploma or GED required.

What You’ll Do

• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily and weekly goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating machinery preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine.

• Basic quality inspection experience.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• Previous machine operator experience.
• Experience performing product quality inspections.
• Familiarity with machine setup and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
