Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Corrected vision 20/40 or better.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in yarn handling.

Responsibilities

• Load and replace yarn packages on warping equipment.
• Remove empty yarn packages and install new supply packages.
• Splice yarn ends using approved methods and equipment.
• Inspect yarn for defects and quality concerns.
• Weigh, sort, and prepare yarn packages.
• Monitor yarn inventory and return unused material.
• Maintain production records and support quality tracking.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
