BGF Industries is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support weaving operations by supplying looms with yarn, transporting materials, and handling finished cloth rolls to keep production flowing. This role offers a stable manufacturing career in a safety-conscious environment.

We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor looms and determine filling yarn requirements.
• Retrieve and deliver the correct yarn to production equipment.
• Remove completed cloth rolls and prepare looms for restart.
• Transport yarn, cloth rolls, and other materials throughout the department.
• Record production information and update required system data.
• Move finished products to designated staging and storage areas.
• Sort and dispose of empty tubes, pallets, packaging materials, and other production waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
