Job summary

Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print Press Operator in Wisconsin to operate our HP Indigo press technology in the Web-to-Print division. You will ensure top-quality production, follow safety and SOPs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

The role may include cross-training and occasional overtime. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required if offered the position. Third shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) with a $2 shift differential and overtime after 36 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain food safety culture.
• Adhere to SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste standards.
• Use PPE and correct safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain the HP Indigo press.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Understand and use HP DFE Software.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Aim to meet the 48-hour turnaround objective.
• May cross-train in Web-to-Print areas and operate related equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
