Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED. Some supervisory experience is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead change in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire team members, assigning tasks and coaching for high performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
• Maintain 5S standards and proper housekeeping across all work areas.
• Oversee packing, labeling and staging of parts; coordinate with other departments.
• Operate within the ERP system for inventory transactions and accuracy.
