Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities for the shift.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet production and customer needs.
• Enforce safety procedures, GMPs and OSHA regulations.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and reports.
• Collaborate with production, transportation, maintenance, and customer service teams.
