Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to run daily warehouse operations, supervise a team, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments from Aurora facility. You will manage schedules, yard flow, and cross-dock activities while upholding safety standards and SOPs.

The role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse environment and supervisory experience, with proficiency in WMS and basic computer tools. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities during assigned shifts.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and cross-dock operations to meet customer and branch delivery requirements.
• Plan shipping schedules, trailer flow, and dock capacity.
• Coordinate domestic and export freight routing and manage carrier relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates — assigning daily work and balancing labor to workload.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Verify bills of lading (BOL), export documentation, and U.S. Customs compliance.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track and report KPIs including productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with Lean and 5S principles.
